Well, since it is mine, of course I find it interesting!
But I always feel like the U.N. spends way more time "helping" the bad guys of the world than helping the "good guys".
Following their lead only lets bad situations have time to fester and grow. Look at Iran right now for proof. This country wants the annihilation of Israel and spits on the idea of open cooperation when it comes to nuclear monitoring.
Yes, it turns out that Iraq did not have WMDs. But still they spit in the face of all those sanctions. And for SURE Saddam was a mass murderer of his own people for decades. And, by and large, the U.N. did nothing.
