An Important Tip!!!

I just had this happen to me, and thought I'd pass along the information.

MAKE PHOTO COPIES OF THE BACK OF YOUR PARK PASSES!!!!!

I have starting doing this, after reading a tip.....possibly here some time ago...and this time, it came in handy! I lost my 7 day pass after only using 1 day!!! I'm pretty sure I lost it around the Pooh ride, but never found it. I went to the front gate and they said if I had my receipt I could get a new one. I didn't have my receipt, but I had a photo copy of the back of my ticket. Good enough!! They voided the old ticket and issued a brand new one, in about 5 seconds!

So, take the extra time before you leave and do this..then just keep it in a fanny pack/back pack/purse or glove compartment. What a relief that I had that copy!!!!

I have heard this before and we did this on our last trip. It is truly an important tip that could save a trip from ruination.

question - I don't have my park passes yet. Am I supposed to? We booked a vacation package and just picked up all of our tickets- the travel agent said we would get our park hopper passes at the hotel when we arrived???

I wasn't sure about this. I was going to call to verify.
Anyone know?

For many packages I believe you get the tickets at check in. Just ask them to make a photo copy of both sides of all the tickets in case they are lost.

If you are staying at a WDW resort they will give you your tickets at check in. I also found out that these tickets were our keys to our room. So every person in the party had a key.

Good tip Leah! I learned that here on the Dis too, but never had to use them----YET!

I lost one of our passes when we where there last year but was able to get a replacement,. I lost it at MK, they gave me a temp one there for fast passes and was told to get a perm one at the resort which was what we did no problems at all.
