An Epcot Flower and Garden Show question

We are flying out the afternoon of the 15th - the day the flower and garden show start. Question - Are alot of the displays outside? And are they visible on say, the 14th? I was originally planning to go for the morning, before heading out, but given it's probably going to be mobbed, it might be more fun to hit MK or MGM where the crowds will hopefully be lower. But I would like to see some of the topiaries and other floral displays.

So, the big question is - how much can you see before the official opening? Anyone been a day or two before and been able to enjoy the flowers early?

Well, I have to say that some of the set up will occur in the few days before the festival and the plants and topiaries will be there but the booths and exhibts will not be manned or open until the first day.
