an ebay question

has anyone ever bought something from ebay and not get it? i ordered a really cute mickey mouse comforter for my dd and payed with paypal btu never got it,its been 3 weeks and i just filed a compalint with paypal. i hope i atleast get my money back! I'm so mad, it was so cute..i'll never order something from china again...my dh said i shouldnt have ordered it in the first place but i really liked it..lol.this ever happen to anyone else??

Yes I have been cheated quite a few times. Luckily nothing real big. But if I add them all up, then yeh, I guess it would be big.

yeah, I just recently didn't get a Tinkerbell shirt I won, that was before Christmas. Luckily it was like 2 bucks so I'm not out millions or anything.
