We were at MGM in Sept of 2001 in line for GMR. It was almost our turn to board when my DD age 5 began the potty dance.
We rushed to the nearest bathroom to no avail.She began to cry thinking we would have to go back to the resort and miss everything
While we were waiting for the others to get off the ride a CM came over to her and said that there was nothing to cry about , she wouldn't miss a thing.He gave her a deck of character cards to play with and a certificate to take to any of the shops and get a new outfit.
Now every time we go to the park we tease her and ask if she will pee her pants again so she can get a free outfit

And I was impressed the time we were waiting for a parade and one of my kids spilled a drink, and the CM came over cleaned it up and asked what we were drinking to get us a new soda!!
