An already overplanned, April 2013 PTR.

Yeah. I can understand being sad.

It will probably be hard, but you should be able to find something. Maybe, as a back-up, you should order something online beforehand and bring it along, so you can leave it out with a note if the search in the park proves fruitless.

I expect you'll be able to find at least a pin.

I'm stilling stressing out over ADRs! I end up going with the flow once I get there, but I like to have a good structure in place.

My new thing is stressing of MyMagic+, and whether it will be in place when we go. Have you heard that they are doing a test at Be Our Guest TS with FP+? FP at a TS! That totally freaked my bean. I was already stressing about FP+, now they are thinking of adding it to TS restaurants?! :scared:

I think that part has some potential. I know that I already decided that waiting in the line at Be Our Guest for lunch probably wouldn't be worth it with the 2 year old, but the only ADR I could find for dinner isn't until 9pm, which isn't the best either. If I could schedule my lunch or even order from my phone before going to pick it up, then it would decrease our time waiting in line.

My biggest issue with it is the fact that I'm sure it's going to be super glitchy at first. Even right now, people are complaining because the lines seem longer, which has led people to assume that they haven't adjusted the FP numbers properly. I'm hoping that they'll strike a balance between having to book stuff in advance and being able to still do plenty in the moment. I too would hate it if I had to plan every moment of my day down to the last Mickey bar.
However, I have always relied on a large percentage of people choosing not to plan, so even if they do give everyone the option of booking their CS meals in advance that doesn't mean everyone will do it.

I wrote out an entire post here a few days ago, but I think I must have closed the tab instead of adding it...:guilty:

I'm about as sharp as a bowling ball sometimes!

The gist of it...

We are pretty much ready to roll. We will be leaving here at 4 PM on Thursday, as soon as my mom gets home from work. Our original plan was to leave at 8 and drive through the night, but being down a driver put a kink in that plan. The plan now, is to leave a 4 and drive until 11. We will get a hotel for the night and start again at 8 AM.

My mom's boss is being kind of a jerk about giving her one more day off (she has the vacation time). There is really no good reason why he is saying no about. She works a piece work factory job, and right now there are no orders in her department and they are doing "busy" work. Since her boss is giving her no reason for why she can't have the extra day, shes' going over his head to HR tomorrow. If she garners a better result, out travel plan will be slightly edited...Again.

The kids are still in the dark about the trip. The princess keeps saying that she wants to go to Disney World to meet Merida though, which is rather funny. This child's world seems to revolve around Minnie Mouse, Tinkerbell and Ariel, yet she's always talking about meeting Merida. princess: I'm on the ledge of "tell the kids!" and need to be talked down!

I'm so freaking excited, I can't wait to see that welcome sign. I'm going to be bawling like a baby. This trip is a looooooong time in the making and is a dream come true for me!
