Thanks Tracy, I didn't weigh in today, I just didn't feel like going in! I weighed at home, looks like I just stayed the same. I also ate pizza last night, I only had two pieces but know full well that salt and fat even within points is not the best thing to eat before weigh in. DD is feeling fine today, I think it was just allergies.
Today, I plan to do some WDW planning, grocery shop and then tonight we have church and dinner out with friends. Mexican food, so I need to eat well today and save as many points for tonight. Hopefully I can hold my own.
Didn't work out yesterday and probably won't today but plan to rec center tomorrow. They are having a big health fair there today and its going to be packed so I think I'll just do that Sunday instead.
I am psyched (way in advance) my friend who I work out with (her son is ds' best friend and they go to our church and school) is thinking they'll go to WDW in October of 2010 for their 20th. We are planning our 2010 trip for that time frame so it would be really fun to have them there the same time. And she needs lots of Disney advice, so I know what we'll be discussing at dinner tonight! She's probably going to go back to work soon, I am happy for her but hope that I can keep up my workout regime. Its been really good to have her do this with me, some days when I might not have gone, I did because I had a partner. So I need to make sure I stay the course even if she can't do it with me. Even though it wigged me out to do WW with her (my problem and fault, not hers) I have loved having her do the rec center with me. Even though we now do different things (she's not a big fan of the aquasize), just having somebody to ride with and chat with afterwards has been good. So I really need to keep me focus up once its back to just me. I guess it will be a good test of my motivation and perserverence!
