Today was good. I was hungry all day however! I mean physically hungry. I think the cold, rainy weather was to blame. I held it in but ate at the top of my points. I had too many carbs but oh well!
Breakfast: Atkins Shake (3)
Snack #1: cheerios w/skim (4)
Lunch: Lean Cuisine (6)
Snack #2: Cheese Its (3) Strawberries (1)
Snack #3: Soup (4)
Dinner: Hamburger Helper (4) Salad (1)
Total: 26
I think eating lunch at 10:45 a.m. set me up for a long afternoon! I am still hungry but out of points so I am just drinking water. I may have some sugar free jello since thats a zero point snack. I can't wait to wake tomorrow and eat breakfast!

Exercise: 45 minutes of Walk Away the Pounds. Too cold to walk outside esp., with the freezing rain thing. I missed my outdoor walk, maybe tomorrow. Thanks for reading!
