Amy transfer?

I am about to print out my design. I am unsure of what type of media I should set the printer to. I think if I set it to transfer paper it will come out backwards. I know with Amy's paper it shouldn't print out backwards. So should I just set it on plain paper or photo paper (matte/glossy?) or something else? TIA!

I print mine on the regular paper setting.
