Hi everyone!
Lynn, thank you for posting that Twilight trailer. I am looking forward to the movie. I read all four books and loved them, well, not really the last one. It was a little weird.

Beth-the town that Twilight takes place in is called Forks, Washington.
I home you get rid of that bug before your trip.

np...travelmel is into it too...i understand where you are coming from about the last book but I still loved it...there was 2 pivotal points in that particular book that I was so happy to get...my friend Andrea was really obsessed with them...shes part of my coven you know and she hated breaking dawn so much so that she hasnt picked up any of them since she read it...AND she only read it once unlike the other books she read 5 times...i swear she is going to pick apart that movie...I refuse to go see it with her

oh btw beth, seeing as how our current vamp clans are out of the "coffin" as they call it...and they dress like normal people now, I have decided to be a vamp for halloween...I will be wearing my cute tshirt during the day and then before TOT party I will change my shirt to black and have my daughter make me look dead in the face and wear my fangs...I have custom fangs..have had them for a few years now...can you tell I really like vampires???? LOL

Sadly, (I am still a closet Twilight fan ) I had already seen that trailer because I am an internet junkie with trivia and nostalgia in the forefront of my mind most of the time.

EDIT: Actually, after watching it I hadn't seen it yet! Woo hoo! It looked the same as the others but had some new stuff (dropped apple. LOL).

BTW it takes place in Forks but (from what I understand) was filmed here in Portland BEFORE I was into it! I coulda been out there trying to pimp myself out as an extra!!!

Now I'll just have to watch like the rest of you instead of being IN The movie!



I am irritated with the author for something she did but I'm still reading the books. I'm savoring Breaking Dawn very slowly .... I'm reading "The Host" in between to keep myself busy. It's an adult novel by her. I keep hoping that a vampire pops up but NOPE. not as of yet.

they did do some of the filming in Portland but they also did alot of it in Forks area...I am part of the Twilight moms and have seen lots of pics and read loads of TR's where they actually went to Forks and got to see where they were filming....some of them lucked out and got to meet them...

I Googled it and saw that it takes place in Forks. I love the WA/OR areas. I'd love to vacation there.

I'm feeling the same. Sort of in a limbo. Not a "knocked-flat-on-my-butt" sick, but not 100% well either. Kind of run down, tired. You know?
I'm sure I'll be taking it slow while I'm at Disney. No commando for me. Good thing we have so many days because I'm going to need them.

I think I'm going to drag out the suitcases and do some packing later on.

Not dumb at all. It's to signify how much you've lost already. I've lost 40 lbs so far and have about another 60 to go, so hopefully you'll keep seeing that banner with larger and larger numbers while I'm getting smaller and smaller. LOL
