I am only 19 years old and have just began my second quest at losing a large amount of weight... About two years ago I lost over 100lbs, but did it the WRONG way -- as in never, ever, ever eating or throwing up.... I had to have help eating again and since haven't stopped... Now I am once again overweight, out of shape, and unhealthy. This time I've decided to lose the extra weight the right way. I started WW almost 2wks ago and I'm already down 8lbs and my once-so-tight-i-had-to-lay-down-to-zip-them-size-20 pants are actually zipping with no problem
YAY!!!!! With my wedding 13 weeks away, I know that I need to see quick results and need to keep up my motivation. I thought I would start a journal to keep myself accountable for my weight and maybe to gain a little support from fellow "losers". I have a long journey ahead but I am hoping for the best this time!! Wish me luck!!
