I am only 19 years old and have just began my second quest at losing a large amount of weight... About two years ago I lost over 100lbs, but did it the WRONG way -- as in never, ever, ever eating or throwing up.... I had to have help eating again and since haven't stopped... Now I am once again overweight, out of shape, and unhealthy. This time I've decided to lose the extra weight the right way. I started WW almost 2wks ago and I'm already down 8lbs and my once-so-tight-i-had-to-lay-down-to-zip-them-size-20 pants are actually zipping with no problem
YAY!!!!! With my wedding 13 weeks away, I know that I need to see quick results and need to keep up my motivation. I thought I would start a journal to keep myself accountable for my weight and maybe to gain a little support from fellow "losers". I have a long journey ahead but I am hoping for the best this time!! Wish me luck!!

Welcome to WISH!!! It's great that you are motivated to do this the right way!!! We all want quick results, but we know that is not healthy!!! I'm so proud of you for starting on the journey. You will get lots of support here from WISH. This is a great place to be!
