Does anyone know if the petit cakes are available all the time or do you have to pre-order them? I know you have to pre-order the character cakes, just not sure about the petit ones

This past week they had 3 different petite cakes, one looked like Mrs. Potts (for Mother's Day) available in the case. So cute.
