Ammending booking with Virgin ?

Has anyone ammended their booking with Virgin? If so can you please let me know the easiest way to do this. I tried using their online ammendment form which doesn't work! I also tried speaking with a customer service employee for approx 30 mins, I didn't get very far with that either. So now I'm wondering what is the best way to go about this. All I want to do is change my booking to a fly-drive and get an updated price! I'm hoping that someone knows of an e-mail address because I don't think I can face phoning up again!

Have done this several times over the past few years, we have always called the the Reservations area - unfortunatley now routed through to the Call Centre, and they do usually charge £25 per person for booking changes.

If the cost of the amended holiday is more than your original booking they won't usually charge an amendment fee. I dont think they will make any amendments to bookings via email though. The couple of times I have made amendments the call centre have been fine - slow - but fine!!! It took 16 minutes last week for me to add on another weeks hotel stay!!

After much trawling through all of their info. I finally found the e-mail address that I was looking for! So hopefully now I can sort out my booking!
