Amigos or power wheelchairs

I am certain this has been asked before but here goes: Can you rent in the parks (Magic Kingdom) Amigos or power wheelchairs? My FIL cannot walk for very long and we would like him to see the park and I know my MIL really wants to. I would like to make this as easy as possible on them and on me. Thanks for your help!

You can rent ECV's but not power wheelchairs. Those need to be rented off property. My husband has Muscular dystrophy making an evc not an option for him because he cant reach out all day so we found a place in orlando to rent the power chair. They will deliver to our hotel and he has it the entire trip.

What is an ECV? sorry not familar with that term.
