I just called and book a universal orlando resort package. I went to use my american express and the girl on the phone said that if I can get a code from american express I would save $50 dollars. I called american express and they were not aware of any code?

Does anyone know about this discount code? TIA

I've never heard of an Amex code here on these boards. I'd call the reservations desk back and inquire again.

THank you..It was right on their website i dont understand why the cast member on the phone made me go through all that trouble calling american express etc..he could have just said look on the website

You booked a package correct? Have you priced your trip out separately? It's generally cheaper to book everything separate and there's no penalty to change your dates or rate.

That's crazy that the person would not tell you the code.

I would price everything out separately as well. Often lower rates come up but you get locked into a price when you book a package.
