Amerisuites -- Runaway Bay condos

Has anyone stayed at this resort before? We want to go down to disney this summer but our budget has drastically changed with our new addition to the family. The deal this place shows seemes to good to be true. DH wants to know if they are on the up-and-up. help

I realize that they are requiring a 90-min presentation for the price, however, our budget is so tight that we are willing to sit through that. (Of course our 8-month old may not be wanting to...) $645 for 5 nights including park hoppers seems really good. (Unless you veterans know of a better deal somewhere). We liked that this has a kitchen so we can save $ by cooking some of our own meals.

Please advise!
