Has anyone stayed at the Amerisuites Orlando Lake Buena Vista? Looks like a nice place, not expensive, but serviceable. Any experiences?

I stayed at the one in Atlanta - really enjoyed it - that one allowed pets!!!!

it also had a indoor pool - but I don't think the ones in Orlando do.

they served a breakfast buffett - milk, orange juice, ceral, donuts, pastries.

Is this the one on Calypso Cay Way? Across from Country Inn and Suites?

This Amerisuites is near WDW, as opposed to the Amerisuites across from Universal or at the airport. Not sure of the street info.

Actually, we booked the room last night. Expedia.com had a $52 per night rate (less than $60 with taxes) which was just beyond anything anyone else had. We will see how it goes...

You didn't say when you were arriving, did you?
Just picking the date of October 21, you can get the Amerisuites Disney Eastgate in Kissimmee (4991 Calypso Cay Way) for $43.88 plus tax on http://www.hotelkingdom.com
Lake Buena Vista South is actually on SR535 in Kissimmee.
Does this sound like a better deal?

WOW!!! I had not heard of this web site. Every other website I sae had the rate at $65 or $68 - I thought $52 was pretty good. I check our reservation and we are at the 4991 Calypso Cay Way Amerisuites.

We first looked at the LBV Amerisuites but thought this one was quite a bit cheaper.

Thanks for the tip - I have already emailed Expedia to ask for the refund per their Customer Service web site. Any tips on the best deals for rental cars for the 8th to the 10th of November?

I booked this hotel by priceline for 32 dollars a Night included Breakfast...:rotfl2:
I think it's a very good Price.
Hopefully the Beds are good.
