I just watched this progam, which I had Tivo'd. This was one of the best best Disney shows I've seen on tv. It had the imagineers explaining how they encorporate the storylines to each thrill ride and videotaped six "volunteers" riding each ride. It was intersesting seeing the imagineers explain the looks of people during each ride, and what they hoped to accomplish. Seems like alot of psychology goes into ride planning as well as engineering.
