Did you watch the show last night? It was interesting seeing some of the girls. Some of them I didn't recognize (the girl who is legally blind and Shandi).

Anyone else think Michelle does not have a model look?

Also it was really weird seeing Niama and her twin together? It was just strange.

The had a 'special' on last night where they showed what girls fom previous shows are doing.

I missed the show last night but I think Tyra's talk show is going to have on some of the past contestants today.

I always look forward to new ANTM seasons.

I totally do not get Michelle, I have never thought of her as being a model, everytime I see her I wonder how she got on! I am glad though that she went back to her natural hair color, the blonde did nothing for her.

Amanda (the blind girl, I think that's her name) looked awesome and so did Shandi.

I can't wait to watch tonight!

Crap! how did I miss that!! I hope VH1 replays it during one of their marathons. I've never watched ANTM week by week. Thank goodness for the VH1 all day marathons! Those are my couch potato days.

I just got back from WDW yesterday, so I had alot of Tivo to catch up on...and the tivo was smoking last night...was flipping between this and Gilmore Girls (which was a snore fest last night IMO)

ANTM is on for 2 hours tonight - 8 to 10...yeah! I will be watching. If I'm smart...I'll watch it while I work out on my elliptical. (or eat a bowl of ice cream. hehehe)

So psyched the new "cycle" is starting tonight!!

I didn't get to watch the whole show last night (Tivo'ed it, though), but from what I saw-- doesn't Brita (from last season) look amazing?!?! Holy cow!! I always thought she got a raw deal-- funny that she got signed by Ford too.

"Manchelle".... yeah, I don't know. Once or twice she was OK. Other times it was very very bad.

The house was cool! And I was suprised who they let go.
I hope Sarah learns how to walk and the other girl gets her eyebrows waxed (hopefully next week!)

Also, what is Miss J's story? Anyone know? I like him/her as a judge. His/her facial expeessions are hilarious.

The girl with the eyebrows (Coryn?) drove me crazy..it was killing me to look at her!! I thought Jayla and Cassandra (the beauty queen) were really pretty.

Not only did she look flawless...she looked REAL. Unlike "first supermodel ever" (bah!) Janice Dickenson who's had as much plastic surgery as Michael Jackson and Joan Rivers combined.

whoa...wait...that would be ALOT of surgery! heheh

I can not WAIT to see Coryn (sp?) get her eyebrows waxed next week...hopefully it'll soften up her face some.

Interesting group of women though. No real standouts to me yet..I'll wait to make a decision after the makeover. (But Miss Texas needs to get off her pagent high horse!)

Just curious about what you guys think of Kim? I think she's very striking and different (good for high fashion maybe?) but do you think her masculine looks may be a hinderance? Just curious. She's just not a typical model - which is a good thing as far as I'm concerned.

Kim has alot of potential. She can work the "androgynous" (sp? sorry!) look. Twiggy kinda had that going on when she was younger.

Yoanna could pull that off in the past too.

HOWEVER...Kim needs to learn to walk. And not a girl walk...a "strong" walk. I think that...and maybe some makeup lessons, and she'll be awesome. (She looked REALLY 'girly' in her superhero picture...and goregous with some makeup on. I think bare faced she's a little too masculine.)

I like Kims look. She reminded me of someone though, but I couldn't place it.

At first I didn't like Lisa's look, but as I watched her more I thin she has potential.

I'm glad she was voted out too!! "We have what we call a "pretty gene" in our family...." Yeah, ok girlfriend. BLEHHHHH!!

I don't get it with Kim. I like her personality, but she looks just average, she has a very boyish figure, and her first photo shoot was horrible! Nothing about her strikes me as very different. She looks so awkward there. It's almost like she's there on a dare or something! She's never, EVER worn makeup, but wants to be a model??

I think Coryn is a man. Seriously.

So far I like Lisa and Jayla.

I like Twiggy, but she's BORING!! She was trying not to be too critical of the girls, and just so darn nice! I miss Janice and her tell-it-like-it-is attitude! The show doesn't seem right without her. It's like they've replaced Simon with Paula!

Loved most of the makeovers.
Cassandra needs to go shorter with her new do (Like tyra wanted)...she's got a jacked up 80's 'do right now. And the girl with the super long hair...I think her hair looked awesome before they touched it.

Oh ebony...13 hours to get your hair braided and you get the boot...so sorry. But thank god...I'm sorry...I was sick of listening to that girl talk through clenched teeth! So annoying.

Lisa - she can go far...but she needs to lighten up and tone down a bit. Was she drunk during the episode last night? she needs to lay off the booze some or she will be an 80's model heheheh

coryn looks so much softer with the lighter hair/less eyebrows...and Kyle...LOVE her hair...the chocolate brown really does make her stand out...blond kinda washed her out.

And the girl with the big lips? she kinda looks more manly now then Kim.
