I haven't had time to watch my tape (gone tonight) but came on here to find out what happened. I'm not sorry to see Charles go. He was real cute but definitely not destined for the final group. But Julia was worse and I think it should have been her. I'm surprised Corey was in the bottom 3, although not sorry. Did he look shocked??? I hope so!!!

I have to say that based on the performances last night I knew it would be between Carmen, Charles, Corey and Julia in the bottom three. They all had lackluster performances.. Charles really has not been all that good, IMHO, since his My Cherie Amor performance a couple of weeks back. The judges keep stressing song choice and I have a feeling that is what did Charles in this week. I listen to a lot of music and remember the song from The Wiz that Kimberley did, but couldn't recall the song Charles did for the life of me. That can count considering the age of viewer AI is appealing to.. Julia could be good, if she had some confidence, definately not as good as some of the others, but she has an ok voice. Carmens hummingbird speed vibratos irritate me, but I bet she is popular with the younger girls. Corey's high falsettos are irritating at best and Simon was right on tonight when he said if you listened to Corey's performance on TV it was bad. That Phil Collins song was again, the wrong choice for his voice in my opinion.

I have to agree with Miss Jasmine, I can't wait until next week to see how some of these 'talented' performers handle a Disco song. I think that's what they said the theme would be next week. I wonder if Treynice will do Last Dance by Donna Summer, I bet should could do that one up good.

Can anyone think of any other possible song choices, other than "I Will Survive" (which I hope someone does, I love that song.

Can we just all agree to vote for anyone other than Julia next week? She has got to go!!! Even she must be tired standing up there week after week.

DH and I were not surprised at the bottom three, but were shocked that Julia wasn't the one eliminated. (I think she was too. Did you see her face?)

Although Charles can't compete with the top tier performers and would have gone eventually, I think that Julia is MUCH WORSE!

My DD was very upset to see Charles go. He wasn't my fav. but ya have to vote for the hometown boy!! I am in agreement with the majority on here about Julia. I have not cared for her since the beginning. I think this years group is much better and I am having a very hard time picking a fav. There are a few that are just so good and hard to choose one. I don't care for Carmen, Corey or Julia. The rest I really like so far. Will be interesting next week with the Disco. I don't think some will do that well, they just don't have the voice for that type of music. We will see though.

OOOOH, I am praying that Kimberly will sing I will survive next week. I think she will do it perfectly. That is my all time favoritest Disco song. As for last night, I was SO shocked that Julia lived on. I didn't care for Charles much, but I definately thought Julia was out. Who in the heck is voting for Carmen???

I predict that next week Julia sings "Do the Hustle" rocking back and forth the entire time (in an arrythmic fashion of course). Maybe she'll even whistle!

I cannot believe anyone other than family is voting for Julia - how is it possible? Corey and Charles definitely did not perform well, (have never understood the whole Corey thing), but Julia was down right terrible and looked miserable the whole time she performed.

It's too bad we can't vote for who we'd like to go instead of voting for who we'd like to stay - Julia would definitely get the DIS boot!

Actually, I'm thinking a cute song would be Born to Be Alive - I used to love that song! I'd love to see Clay do that one.

Never once have I ever enjoyed Corey's singing. I don't understand why any of the judges have ever complimented him. YIKES! I think even Julia is better than him.
