I didn't like Kris much at all until the last 2 weeks. IMHO he has really stepped it up! I hope he keeps getting better and better.

I love Allison's voice, but her interviews are PAINFUL.

I know some people don't like it, but I love Danny's gravely voice.

And Adam is just amazing.

Hi everyone!! Remember me from Last season? I haven't posted much lately since I have been totally addicted to Facebook!
Anyway, I know I'm in the minority but I really don't care for Adam. I know he is very talented but he just doesn't do it for me. I love Danny and Kris. I also really liked Matt (because he reminds me of Michael Buble!) but I did agree it was his time to go this week. I'm kind of indifferent about Allison.
So...that's where I stand...if it matters.

Now the stupid news................Mjs is reporting that the contestants will be singing two songs from the theme Classic Rock from the 70's and 80's.


However, one will be a duet with another contestant.

Any official word or even plausible rumor about who the mentor will be? Somebody here said Slash, but I participate in an Aerosmith message board and they were saying it might be Aero (much to the dismay of some their fans) I'd be thrilled with either. We are already planning a viewing party!

Yes, it is Slash.

For the duets, I hope Allison and Adam sing together. I can't really see his voice working with anyone else and I don't think they will put Adam and Danny together (although this would give Danny some more time to study Adam the performer, lol).

I've been wrong before, but I don't think Adam will come in first. I think he by far the best performer ever to grace AI, but I just have a feeling that they are pushing Danny. I also don't think that Allison will come in third. I think she is amazingly talented but I think Kris has a bigger following. My guess would be:

It is getting on my last nerve that in almost every group number this year they only give Adam that part. He has such a fantastic voice and can do more but they seem to save him for that part. He is the only one who can hit those high notes but, come on, we want to hear him do other things as well.

i like adam when he sings the ballads better thanthe fast-so rock week might be dissapointing for me..i still think he deserves to win.i like allison but she is too much the same every week and couldnt listen to a whole cd of her so therefore want her to go next.
