Thank GOD Haeley is gone. I was in a supremely foul mood (found out that one of students destroyed my horse trailer when I lent it to her this afternoon...it has been rendered unusable and we have ZERO money to repair or replace it). Seeing her get the boot a moment ago when I finally had the wherewithall to finish watching Idol made my night a little less crappy.

They should, but they can't. Can't get water from a stone. So I am calling the kid's mom in the morning. THEY have a trailer of there own (why they couldn't use it is beyond me. I think the kid doesn't feel comfortable hauling their large goosneck trailer so she wanted my little bumper pull). I am going to tell the mom that until I fix or replace my trailer, I'd like them to provide all trailering services to horse shows and vet appointments.

i don't understand WHY they make them sing the song again.....THIS IS THE REASON THEY'RE LEAVING!! THEY'RE HORRIBLE!!

I have never understood why they put us thru it again either. I'd much rather watch and listen to a clip of songs they sang well. Surely there must have been some, even if we didn't hear them?!?!?!?!?

Hmmmmm....not too sure that "I'd like them to" is appropriate...could you maybe put your thoughts into a little stronger language, maybe something like...

"I'm very sorry, but due to the damage that my trailer incurred" or
"Due to the fact that my trailer has been rendered unusable"
"while being used by your daughter, until further notice you *will* be providing all trailering services for my horses to all horse shows and vet appointments. Here is my schedule for the next month."

Btw, what in the world did the kid do to your trailer? I used to ride horses when I was a kid and we did shows and all sorts of stuff...I'm trying to imagine what in the world she *did* to basically destroy your trailer.

Has the family at least contacted you about the damage?

I had also made them all gift bags with cheap Disney stuff in it..like pencils. Stuff you would make kids goodie bags with. My kids are 17, 20 and 21 and the boyfriends are 22 and 23.

Hopefully he'll surprise us. I was never a fan.

This is pretty much going to be a woman's year if they have their way. It's time for one. Unfortunately, I think even THEY were surprised by all of their picks and no one kept up to the potential they assumed they'd have.

We recorded American Idol while we watched Survivor, so then we could fast forward through all the crap AND the best part? We didn't have to hear the ones going home sing (or try to) again!! I think we'll do it that way for the rest of the season.

So thankful Haeley is gone! I'm okay with Jermaine, John and Michelle going home too.

Loved seeing/hearing Danny Gokey again, I just bought his new CD on Tuesday. I definitely think "My Best Days" could be a cross over hit. It's already #5 on the iTunes chart. And it's great that he's going to be touring with Sugarland!! Go Danny!! I'm glad to see him doing well.
