I've got a friend who wants to do DVC but she's gotta sell her other timeshare elsewhere first.

We bought a resale contract at Saratoga Springs.

And I am very excited about it. We told the kids at Christmas that we were buying...I made a photo album of past trips, then I had a page that said "if you believe in the magic"...and when they turned the page it said WE BELONG with the DVC emblem under it.


Then I put in the line xxxxxxxxxfamily...you're going to Disney World.

...my DS and his GF stayed there in 2008 - they liked it....her parent's home base is OKW...

I haven't stayed there, but the price was right and the contract was awesome. We bought 150 points, all 2009 was left (and banked) plus all 2010 since it is June for the use year..so we have 300 points to use right away.

Since 7 of us are going (taking the 2 oldest girls boyfriends with us) we'll need a 2 bedroom and this gives us plenty of points.
