ugh don't even mention his NAME around here. we'll nickname Gokey "he who shall not be named" around these parts

i saw DC at a casino and .....well we had HORRIBLE seats. we were honestly the last row, but we still had a LOT of fun at the concert, and then meeting him kind of made up for the seats lol

oh yeah, definatly. that's why i didn't even really care what seats we had. i was still able to have a great time and he sounded good!

idk about "hanging out" but yeah i got to meet him, it was the best 5 minutes of my life(just don't tell my DH!)

DC could've had the sob story but he wouldn't allow it. His brother had terminal brain cancer. He was adamant about not "using" his brother. Unlike some *cough*Gokey*cough* ....

i know, 2 hours is gonna be rough to get thru. i usually ALWAYS skip this week of Idol, but David Cook is performing....so of course i'll have to watch lol.

i think Alicia Keys and Rascall Flatts(i'm not the only one who doesn't care for them, right?) are performing, and idk who else...

I'll end up watching anyway. Watching as in playing on my computer and looking up at the TV if anything is interesting enough.

i honestly don't get offended if people don't like a celebrity that i like. so i don't want you to think i'll get "angry" or anything if you say you don't like David Cook or someone else i've mentioned i've liked, i don't know these people in real life, so it's no big deal to me lol. the world would be a VERY boring place if we all liked the same stuff!

besides, the way i look at it, you don't like them? that's cool...MORE FOR ME!

LOL I just know I'm very in the minority when it comes to David Cook. It's kinda like the same way I feel about Kris Allen. They were both good, but I wasn't totally in love with either of them. It also doesn't help that he looks too much like one of DH's friends who I don't get along with at all and he smells soooooooo bad. So I can't find him attractive like everyone else because of that LOL.

Flatts haven't been 100% confirmed. They have been very hush hush this season about performances. I know Lady A will have a performance either tonight or next week.

I hope the performances are pretty good. It'll make the 2 hrs go by A LOT quicker!

If they aren't, it'll be like a normal results show, except we're waiting 2 hours instead of 1 for the results....O__o haha

I still feel it's kinda weird to eliminate someone on IGB night. I thought it was fitting when they didn't eliminate anyone on Season 6.
