Personally I'll be voting with a fervor not seen since the glory days of Clay Aiken voting next Tuesday! If I have to call for 2 hours to keep Chris in, I definately will!!! And this is EXACTLY what the people at AI want to hear. I buy into their ploys, what can I say?

I will be voting next week. I think this show is fixed!!! How in the heck was Chris in the bottom 2 ? Are people nuts!!! I'm also disapointed how they put Taylor in the middle making him choose sides. I've seen American Idol do this before on past shows and the person just stands in the middle. I was a tad disappointed that Taylor chose a side.

I also felt Kellie should've been in the bottom 3 at least. She did horrible Tuesday night. Don't get me wrong, I like Kellie, but she didn't do good. Honestly I like Kellie better than Katherine for some reason (personality wise) but Kellie should've been in the bottom 2 last night.

I was surprised that Chris was in the bottom 2 also. I am a Chris fan but I didn't put a lot of votes in for him this week because I was worried about Elliot. So I put more votes in for him. I thought that Chris would get plenty of votes from his fan base. Now I am wondering if other people did the same. I just wasn't ready to lose Elliot yet. I guess we can't take anything for granite.

I was so upset that Chris was in the bottom three. How in the world is Kellie in the top 3?? I got the sickening feeling that is was going to be like last year when Constantine left before his time.
I tried voting for Chris all night using both my home and cell phones, and I only got through 5 times.
I hate when they make someone chose a side, that's not fair to Taylor.
I really didnt like Taylor's reaction of walking over to Chris's side and shaking his hand. He was shaking his hand even before Ryan said that he picked the wrong side. It all just seemed a little weird to me. He should have just walked over and stood by them, no need to shake hands.
I know most of the people on here love Taylor. I dont dislike him, I just dont see him as the American Idol. To me he is an okay singer with a lot of personality. Would I buy any his records? No, not my style.
I think its pretty obvious that he is going to win. He will be like Carrie last year and never be in the bottom three.
Chris is my choice, so all you Chris fans get out there and vote!!
Hopefully, like last year with Bo, this will be only time he is in the bottom three.

I don't think Chris was in the bottom two. I think he was third from the bottom. Simon has already mentioned he would prefer Chris to win in a previous interview; therefore, they make it look like Chris was in the bottom two by leaving him next to Ace and declaring Paris safe first to create a sense of urgency with Chris fans. He will not be in the bottom three next week because his fans will vote like crazy. JMHO.

I'm not surprised that Ace left last night... I'll MISS you, babeeee... but to have Chris and Paris in the bottom 3 and Kellie in the top 3.... I've never been so disGUSTed in my life...

I am CONVINCED that the ideal that Simon decided (just like with Carrie) will go on no matter WHAT anyone votes. No way in heck will they allow the ratings to fall because of OUR voting. And if you don't think they can't do that than you underestimate the power of the Producer. This show is not rigged but orchestrated... in the way that translates into revenue.

Taylor was TOLD what to do, I truly believe that. Drama makes you sit still and suffer thru their commercials, who pay a MINT to be on at that time. Last night's show was only on for a 1/2 hour, they needed to keep us rivetted and it WORKED! Unfortunately, it came across the way I always assumed it is. And if we get another stupid lecture from Ryan about VOTING... grrrrrr.....

Reminds me of the Presidential election... why do I waste my TIME???????

About Taylor being rude...didn't get that at all. I think he was told he HAD to choose...he knew Ace was going home just like the rest of us did. He went to shake Chris's hand out of respect imo and then went to stand with the other side. I didn't see it as a slap in the face at all...those two have most likely been in the #1 and#2 slots in voting all along. GO CHRIS AND TAYLOR!!!

I was under the impression that Taylor went to stand by Chris, and when he heard Ryan say "I'm sorry...." he shook Chris' hand, and walked over to the other group, to act as though he was picking the correct side.

It's a juvenile thing for them to ask him to do - one of many, many things I wish they'd change.

TAylor should've sat down in the middle of the stage and staged a "protest" by refusing to choose sides. It would have totally boosted his popularity and kept him from having to choose. I though it was awkward for him to do what he did (and he only shook Chris's hand...not Ace or Paris???? ***??)

As for Chris (and Paris who I detest) being bottom 3? That's crazy.

The show is completely orchestrated for suspense and ratings. NO WAY was Kellie or Elltiot better than Chris or Paris. Whatever...Kellie will get hers.

BTW...my hat tasted AWFUL.

I like Chris but in all actuality it may be best for him to not win this competition and be locked into a contract when he would probably be much better off as lead singer in a rock band.

Am I the only one that actually votes based on the season and not just that night's performances? I see the comment that based Tuesday's performance Kellie should be in the bottom 3. I have never voted just for that night's performance. Just because someone has an off night doesn't mean they should get the boot. There have been several that consistantly had a bad night (Ace, for one).

I'm another that actually can tolerate Kellie. Do I agree with her behavior all the time? Heck no, but most of the time I enjoy watching her and think she's funny. There are a lot of people in my life that do things that irritate me, but that doesn't mean I write them off.

I do agree that Chris didn't belong in the bottom three either, but I do think it's a good wake up call for him to step up some of his performances.

I think the next to go will be Paris, followed by Elliott, with the top 4 being Taylor, Chris, Kellie, and Katherine. Of those 4 I'm really not sure who I think will take home the title.

I've got to defend Dolly here - she's one of the smartest people in show business, IMO. She's very down to earth, and knows how to appeal to all kinds of people, which sometimes might make her approach seem "simple", but dumb? Never.

Does this mean I always enjoy her music and have all her albums - no. I'm not a fan of most country music, so I don't. However, I have a lot of respect for Dolly, and when Kellie's been around and had the kind of career that Dolly's had, then we can come back and talk about whether her dumb comments were an act or not.

Ahh, I didn't say she WAS dumb at all. I said she ACTS dumb... which she does on many occasions.
