While that may be true, it is certainly better than listening to one brag about b*tch slapping their ho and the other absolute trash that is in today's music or what passes as "music".

My favorite AI contestant this year is Phillip Phillips. I really cannot stand Deondre which means he will be around for a while.

I've never heard the "b/ho" music because I don't go to those radio stations I'm not forced to deal with it on my regular shows. But a song about Georgia Peaches and sweet tea will be slammed in my face while waiting for something I DO want to hear.

that whole episode was a train wreck.

how many times did Nicki Minaj have to fix her top. i saw at least twice and i swear i saw a slip once. good grief! she also wasn't even trying to lip-sync.

honestly, i'm so tired of auto-tune.

although, scotty could've used a bit of auto-tune. and i see that he still performs exactly the same.

(although, i'd call Hollie a Carrie wannabe and not a clone. she can't hold a candle to Carrie. and neither can Jessica to Beyonce, who is more than just a voice.)

lol , Robin. I missed tonight's show , but not surprised Heejun is gone, But I honestly got the vibe last week that he is ok with it, the boy really seemed like he was ready to go. P2 still comes across to me like," well, I'll do what you say for your little party here, but I'm just gonna play my guitar and sing like I'm in a bar back home" which I think will be what takes him out. I predict he gets to #3. I still say it's going to a girl this year, worthy or not.

I just can't get into Phil- he is very hard to watch perform-he always looks constipated and straining with that big vein running down his forehead while he sings. Not crazy about his singing either.

I love Joe Cocker and Jonny Lang. I think, P2 may be their love child.

....yeah, because she SINGS BETTER THAN LAUREN and she has rhythym [can bop/dance/move] whereas Lauren does not.

Once Hee Jun was kicked off tonight, I said to DH, "Well, there's no reason to watch anymore. He was the only one with any personality. The rest of them are dull as dirt." Plus, half of them hurt my ears/eyes.

I worry about Phillip. I fear he will blow a vein or die of chronic constipation while singing. Waiting for one of those two things to happen is now the only "entertainment" I can hope for.

Well, now it's a contest. I was shocked Heejun made past Hollywood week. He was so obnoxious then. Ryan called it 'flavor' tonight. I didn't think he'd sung badly Wednesday night but it wasn't spectacular. I'm officially an Elise fan now. I'd like her to sing some White Rabbit this season.

She needs to change up the songs she choose and as they say make them her own. to even have a chance of being successful after AI is over whether she wins or not.

The only thing I'd add is that I don't think that Holly is a Carrie clone. She's got a great voice but she doesn't do her own thing. Instead, she imitates Whitney, Celine, Carrie... and probably could do just about any strong female voice. She needs to change up the songs she choose and as they say make them her own. to even have a chance of being successful after AI is over whether she wins or not.

Hey, I was a BIG Jason fan, myself and even a bigger Michael Johns fan. After they left I threw ALL of my loyalty on David and he didn't fail me.

I know you all remember the pic he gave my son a few years back. Mike was so impressed with him! He did a concert for his school and he said all the girls were so crazy about him and he had no idea who he was. Later when everyone was gone he ran into him with his entourage in the cafeteria. My son is also a singer so they sat and talked for awhile. He gave him the picture before he left.
