I totally agree. I ended up voting last night, but really didn't want to because I don't care to see any of them win. If we could vote for the person we really don't like, it would make this easier. I only voted to try to keep someone (anyone!) on longer than Jessica.

I soooo agree.

The problem is the vote is so split with the other 5 (no REAL stand outs) and BBBoring gets all the Filipino vote. They're all over FB, taunting and NASTY, I'm willing to bet she wouldn't like this.

I know Dialidol doesn't count for MUCH but this week they have HOLLIE on top!!

Skylar reminds me of Reba when she sings.

Yes! I told my DH the same thing several weeks ago. Lots of talent and spunk, and just really likable.

I think that's why she may win. Reba has an across the board appeal to her - men and women like her equally. Same thing with Skylar - Ryan even commented how Skylar has such a strong fan base of young teen girls.

I am about as FAR as you can get from being a Country fan but I really like Skylar. I love her spunk and her confidence, it's infectious! Of all the girls she has the most open personality and style, like a truly loved child.

Jessica Hollie and Elise... all seem to be kind of strange personality wise.

I could hang out with Colton, Philip and Josh (and Heejun ) all day and night, though. All three are my kind of guys!

Oh I totally agree she has grown CONSIDERABLY on stage. It's just that her funny little voice would drive me MAD! I'd have to have the closed captioning like they had on the tv last night.

Nobody in our house is much of a country fan, and yet we all find ourselves enjoying Skylar more than the rest. Whether she wins or not, I think she's the most "ready" to move on to the next stage. I agree

Phillip Phillips has been a bit of a disappointment for me. He's enjoyable most weeks (not this week), but it's kind of the same schtick each week. And so far his best performance was his post-tryout version of Thriller waaaaaaaaaaay back when. Still waiting for his "wow" moment. He kind of does th esame thing week after week....sort of a grimacing Bob Dylan kind of thing

As for Queen week, I'm not a fan of having a theme that involves just one band or singer. The # of songs that translate well to the show can be counted on one hand, and if you don't get the right one, you're stuck. And since they just had Queen week a couple years ago, doing it again seems like a huge lack of creativity on the part of the producers. That said, I am a Queen fan, so at least it wasn't ALL bad I like Queen too, but agree with the fact that the songs are tough to translate to a show like AI. Plus Freddie Mercury's voice and rendition in the Queen songs is iconic and it's tough to top or even equal. Kind of like nobody sings "The Way We Were" like Barbra Streisand.

I'm surprised the producers haven't ever tried "Sadie Hawkins" week - make the guys sing a girl song & vice versa. Seems like an obvious easy theme. That would be cute.

Have they ever done Aerosmith week? It would be interesting to watch Steven watch them singing his songs.
