OK.....I agree Haley sounded better than Scotty or Lauren, but ONLY because I could hear her and I could barely hear them. Not a Zepplin fan, and I kinda felt like I was at the state fair. However, She wasn't being drowned out by the backup singers. I don't agree with them letting her dad play...but again, not about the singing anymore, just who can play the game best. The best part of all 3 judges giving the round to Haley is if she isn't the winner she can't cry sour brat grapes anymore.

I was only listening, not watching. I sure didn't know she fell at all.

I did not like it at all though..no surprise there I guess.

After Round One, Lauren's at the bottom for me. Didn't like the song choice and I agree with someone who said her phrasing was a bit off.

I'm not a fan of "Amazed," but Scotty wasn't bad...although it felt, to use a Simon Cowell critique, a bit "karaoke."

Admittedly, I don't know Zeppelin at all, but I liked Haley's performance even though I'm a bit shaky on the song.

I guess the new "in" thing is going to be not being able to understand lyrics. Haley DOES NOT ENUNCIATE. It makes me insane. I do not care how nice your voice is, if I can't understand what you are saying, what's the point???
