I think he gets upset when people pay more attention to the other judges than him. He seems to take it personal. But I will try to trust his judgment since he helped one of my favorite bands (the Paper Tongues) get known.

I don't like country and I live in NC. I hate nascar and I live in the middle of it. But then I don't consider myself a "southerner" as I wasn't born here.

I like country but do not like Nascar and I get upset when they assume that all country music fans like racing

i liked the last guy, but that's about it.

i missed the apology, but i'm not sure what they are apologizing for yet. i didn't think anything in the episode was really outrageous. i did laugh when Ryan said to John Wayne's dad, "what if you'd had a son like me." and then the dad replied, "if you were my son, you wouldn't be the way you are." that. was. hilarious.

but really, nothing outrageous. and i have liked some people, but nobody enough to really REALLY like yet.

looking back on past seasons, i remember the auditions of some who were my favorites. i can't really remember people yet. although, i'm sure i will once i see them more. but i think they are letting way too many people through to Hollywood. heck. if i were younger and skinnier, i could make it through to hollywood this year! lol

That line cracked me up too.

I'm not sure if they are really putting more through or if we are just seeing more since we don't see so many bad ones.
