I CANNOT be the only one put off by the guy who said his family didn't take any pictures of him as a child because they wanted to remember him as a happy child and not paralyzed.

Yes, because paralyzed people can NEVER be happy, and forgetting about a major part of your past is totally a great thing to do.... *sarcasm*

yeah i thought that was really messed up. what happened if he never got better and was forever paralyzed?? they'd never take pix of him?

I missed that, I was not paying attention to the whole back story.

But as a parent and as a person that had a handicapped brother I do find that to be a bit offensive, I love looking at pictures of my brother.
