This info is coming from my Mother who has QVC on speed dial. She got her monthly booklet that tells all the upcoming shows for July and there was NO AMERICAN GIRL show listed. She called QVC -- both the grand daughters x-mas and b-day comes from this show every year and she was freakin' out ----- they said the American Girl show will be on September 11, 2010.
They will have "bundles" that are slightly cheaper - maybe you save $25??. What draws my Mom in are the "easy pay" options - payments of say $30/month for 4 months.
I think you can go to QVC and sign up for e-mail notifications for various products. I know I get e-mail whenever they're having Quacker Factory clothing!
Please do! Mom was really surprised when they told her no Christmas in July Show. We are hoping for Lanie and Kaya to be on this years show. Thanks in advance!!

I thought they were going to be in the August 25th show (they run XMas shows every month from July on), but I'm just guessing. So, we'll see. I'm looking for Lanie as well! They had Chrissa last year, so chances are very good. Not too sure about Kaya though--they sold a few of her last year with her animals. I'm thinking Rebecca will make a showing, too, b/c she hasn't been on the Q yet. (The Sept. show mentioned above is probably the American Girl 2nd anniversary on QVC.)
Also, if you live anywhere near West Chester, PA, the QVC store sold the dolls after the shows last year. I picked up Elizabeth in Dec at a GREAT price with no shipping (doll, meet outfit, riding outfit, and pjs). Just FYI. Once they sold out, they were gone though.
I too will be interested to know when they come on QVC. That's how I introduced both my girls to the 18" dolls and they love them. They don't need anymore dolls, but I love the accessories packages they come out with.
The last week end in July we are taking DGD to the Dallas store for lunch. We invited my 19 yr old great niece to come along. She jumped at the chance and said she was bring her doll to go to the beauty shop too. Once an American Girl girl always one.
I've also heard that the show featuring AG dolls will be in September. Just an FYI though that if you have a doll with a problem ( loose legs, bad wig, etc.) you cannot return it to AG- it has to go back to QVC and by the time you return it there will likely be no dolls left to exchange. Of course you'll get your money back, minus shipping. It's fun to watch the show online- I'm hoping to get Julie if she's offered again.---Kathy
