My Mom just took my daughter to the Chicago Café in July to celebrate her birthday. It was just the two of them and they did some sort of birthday package when she made reservations. My daughter got a HUGE cake and the staff sang to her. She got a birthday crown for her and her doll. Lastly she also got a t-shirt and a hard plastic balloon accessory for her doll. My mom said it wasn't that much more than the usual lunch cost. She thinks it was around $5/person extra.

We did that too, but brought 2 girls from her class. The cake is seriously huge. We had them box it up since we took the girls for afternoon tea there and we were all too full for cake. If you sign up for the birthday party there, again something like $5 extra/person, they mail you invitations and thank you notes too! Again, apologize for highjacking the thread!

Thanks for letting me know it's in Charlotte. Maybe on a trip to Great Wolf Lodge we'll stop there too.

I called to make reservations and was told to celebrate her birthday the price would be $30 per adult and $20 per child. And our family of 5 couldn't attend. They only accepted reservations for 4 people. Wow.

There was a sale over the summer on Bitty Babies. They were $20 (I think?) off. We happened to be ready to buy, so I was thrilled for the savings.
