The speculation seems to be that orders of exactly $10.00 (which were not charged shipping either at some point) will be cancelled. So I am hoping mine is okay. I paid $10.95 shipping for my order, so it was like getting free shipping.

I just received two confirmations for my orders stating that they would ship as soon as my CC went through. I did not order with the free shipping however. My orders were for two of the dolls from many lands and each order with shipping was $11.50. Looks like mine went through. Hope everyone else is as lucky.

I ordered over the phone yesterday from the AG store in Chicago and used this code. I hope they don't take my $10 back! I didn't even give the girl the #, just said I had a $10 code I was going to use on my internet order. I almost panicked when she asked which promotion. Luckily, I had tried it on the i/net and saw it called "Samantha Movie". I didn't want to say "oh, the number someone posted on disboards".

I placed three orders yesterday with this code, two for the $16 dolls and another for some American girl clothes for my daughters doll. The two dolls have already shipped. So I guess that if you used the code for more than $10 then you should be ok.

Has anyone tried to track their orders from the link on your account page?? My orders say shipped December 2nd, but when I click the link to UPS, it says unable to track your package. It has been saying this since Friday morning. Any ideas what could be going on?? I sure hope they don't cancel the orders! I was hopeful when my orders said shipped, but now I'm wondering!

I placed two orders, the one for the Samantha doll has shipped. Coconut & his carrier says "in progress" I placed that order 2 days before Samantha. Does anyone know if the books sold on their site are the same as the book stores sell? There seems to be quite a price difference.

Mine is the same way as well. I'm not that worried yet though as I do have tracking numbers which means they've already contacted UPS. I think it just means that UPS has not picked it up yet or updated their info yet.

Of course, it could be bad news but I'm not going to worry yet. My credit card has already been charged as well.

Maybe UPS is just busy!

My card has been charged and the items say that they have been shipped, but as of yet there is no info on the UPS tracking number. I think we are in the same boat here, they (UPS) are picking up the items and then we will see progress on the tracking. (I hope)

After seeing your post i also tried to access my information online and it was claiming that no such order existed! I was ticked off. However I called them and after a 20 minute wait for a human being to get on the phone, my orders where shipped the 3rd and 4th. Im not sure how that is possible, wasnt it the 3rd we a ll placed the orders?? Now that I think about it. Guess we will have to see what happens. I do hope they come.

I placed 4 different orders. 3 have been shipped, but the 1st order I made and the one I needed for tomorrow nite, hasn't been shipped. I called them, and they don't know why it hasn't been processed yet. They are supposed to call me back. I hope they figure out why, and can then overnight it to me for tomorrow nite. If I get this past next week then it is useless to me .

I got a couple of packages from American Girl today!! So.... don't panic like I did when UPS can't track your orders. The packages were actually in my mailbox!? So, I think this deal is going to come through!!!! I'll be on the lookout for my other order hopefully soon!
