American girl doll sale

I just got mine and boy I wish I ordered more. So pretty. I hadn't realized how popular american girl was. My dd9 asked for one (the big size), but I thought it was kinda babyish. Now I'm having second thoughts. She's never shown interest in dolls before (i think it's mostly because a friend has one) but now she seems so interested in it. I would think she'd outgrow it fast though.

Has anyone tried to track their orders from the link on your account page?? My orders say shipped December 2nd, but when I click the link to UPS, it says unable to track your package. It has been saying this since Friday morning. Any ideas what could be going on?? I sure hope they don't cancel the orders! I was hopeful when my orders said shipped, but now I'm wondering!

Had the same thing happen. I ordered 12/2, as of today says the same thing that your says. Called AG and guess what!? Can't find my order. The AG doll is ALL my DD wants for Xmas. Now all the items but the doll are back ordered. I wanted to scream...they are sending the doll express, after I recieve it..I'm calling back and throwing a fit.. I mean 2wks! I called on 12/10 concerned and they told me not to worry. Now if it isn't here by Tuesday I have to make the 2hr drive to NYC to buy the doll! I'm soooo angry!!!

Well you have to admit that many on here bought alot of stuff with the codes to get good deals..of course they are bound to run out of some stuff

Run out?? No they lost my order. They didn't run out. LOST! Of course now 2 weeks later they have ran out. But it is absolutely no excuse. Especially when I called at the 1 week mark concerned. Very poor customer service.

I had a problem with one of my orders that they never released. Everyday I called I was told it was being shipped the next day. You need to call again, and ask to be given to a supervisor. I escalated my problem up the ladder, and was very very happy with the result. The person that eventually handled my problem went above above and beyond to fix it.

A big thank you to Soccer Princess for posting the promo code. I gave my daughter two dolls from the "Girls of Many Lands" collection for Christmas. She loved them, but probably not as much as I did. Still young at heart I guess! I also read a few chapters of Isabell's book. Really nice book and display box, and very lovely dolls.

My question is......does anyone know when this promo code ends? I've got my eye on some Coconut items that are so cute! Thanks again!

P.S. My husband is also my area UPS man, I had to order something so I could have a chance of seeing him. He put in 12-14 hour days and was all "Christmased out" by Dec. 24th!
