American Express official card

I see that AE is the official card for Universal Orlando. Can anyone tell me if there are special perks to using your card to buy tickets or anything else? I can't seem to find any info.

Back in the early 90's AE was Disney's official card and you got perks, like Disney Dollars and the white glove treatment.

I was just wondering if Universal and American Express had anything like that offered.

Earlier in the year Mousesaver's had a link on its Universal page to purchase Universal tickets at a discount with an American Express card. I believe it was a limited time offer & the tickets had to be used by a certain date. It is no longer on the Mousesaver's web site, and was actually removed before the expiration dates for buying the tickets and using the tickets even expired. At the time it was on Mousesavers, I tried to find information on American Express web site about this offer, or any other perks there may be, and I could not find anything. Hopefully there are some other perks out there.

The only thing I have even seen on the AMX website is that I can pay for the onsite hotels with points. I can't use my points for anything else Universal unfortunately. I have never gotten anything for using my AMX there and I use it for about 4 vacations to US/IOA every year.
