American Express Offers,, how did I not know this?

the e-mail was there Saturday night by the time I got home from the restaurant I had used the card at. As of this morning, no credit yet.

My wife and each received our $10 credits today.

I've received the BP credit 4 times now, so you shouldn't have to wait 3 months before you see it. Keep in mind, BP is the only one that can be used over and over that I know of.

My Amex is fairly new, so I don't get any of these offers listed on my account page. However, I was able to sync my card on Facebook and Twitter, and a lot of these offers are available that way. So far I have:

Amazon: $25 credit after spending $75
Costco.com: $15 credit after spending $115
BP: $5 credit when you spend $25 (multiple times)
Toys R Us: $5 credit when you spend $25
JCPenney: $10 credit when you spend $50
Kohls: $10 credit when you spend $50

Why is this deal not on my amex account???m I have some offers but nothing with Amazon :(

me too! I just discovered this..signed up to follow them on twitter just for these deals....

A fine print detail - the offer is good only for the primary cardholder's CC number, so if you're an authorized user on the account it won't work for the card you carry. At least that was what I was told by AMEX. However, the Small Business Saturday credit will work for both the primary and authorized user CC #s.

I have a Costco Amex (to earn rebates at Costco). I don't see offers online. Am I missing something or do I not get these since it is Costco Amex? Did it work for anyone else with costco amex?

Not all offers show up on all AMEX cards. I saw the Amazon offer on DH's Blue Cash Preferred and on my Starwood AMEX but it didn't show up on his Costco AMEX. So maybe it is a Costco AMEX exception like you're suspecting.

I have Costco and Blue Preferred. The Blue Preferred offers are much better. For the most part the ones on the Costco account are a small subset of the Blue Preferred offers (no BP, Exxon, Amazon, etc.).

I have the regular Blue Cash card and was able to find the offers on their website. Later, I was trying to help my sister register her card and I had a difficult time getting back to these offers, it was showing me smart phone options, finally got back to the page to register for these offers.

Are any of you concerned that someone will hack in to your card or even identity by linking these deals together? That would be my concern.

I wasn't going to register my card by syncing through Twitter and Facebook but feel better doing it on the Amex website. This seems a lot like registering my card for Small Business Saturday.

no.... you can look for the offer under the main card + the authorized users card number, since they're different numbers, they both can get the offer.... read this on the many blogs about this... once you see the offer on your card, just click 'enroll' and go!

I have starwood it and it not there

I was going to go the twitter route but I am not comfortable doing so. I wish this would show up on one of my AMEX cards.

I just looked and I have a whole list.There are quite a few I can use :cool1:

Update Dec 5th: Thanks again so much, in just a couple days I have saved over $50 and more to come - YEAH!

For the Amazon credit, the purchase has to be through amazon directly and not a third party amazon vendor, correct?

OMG!! Ive spent a ton of $$ on Amazon and I never knew this!!
I'm going to sign up right now.
Thank you OP for letting us know about this :thumbsup2

Karen :)

Were you able to sign up? As far as I know, it was a Cyber Monday offering that you can't sign up for anymore (we found this out the hard way, my Hilton card got registered because AmEx sent me a heads-up email, but our other cards aren't - the link says it's expired)....
