someone mentioned that if you spend $75 on amazon, you get a credit back of $25 on your amex card. I searched for this info & finally clicked the OFFER tab online at amex under my card.. woahhh.. I never saw this before ! there were a couple dozen offers of $5 +++ back for stores that are pretty familiar!
you have to click the SAVE tab for it to work on your card.

I figured since "I" missed this button, that someone else might not have looked either.

I just found this myself a little while ago. I can't believe all of the places listed!

yea, too bad I didn't see the get back $20 on $79 at walmart.com, when I put the order in to get the 20% walmart coupon,,,

I love these special offers from AMEX!

There's also a nice sign up bonus going on right now for New AMEX Blue Cash (both for the Everyday and Preferred versions) credit cards where you get a little sign up cash AND free Amazon Prime for a year after meeting your minimum spend. :thumbsup2

Do you go to the AMEX site and buy through Amazon or go directly to Amazon for your purchases?

Those offers come each month and they usually send an email, but the offers are usually there before I get my email. Last month they had $10 off 50 at Lowes. Don't miss the $5 of $25 for BP gas stations. I almost did because it says BP travel....and I didn't think gas.

So, with Small Business Saturday, Lowes, BP, and Amazon - AMEX promo paid me $50 back in the last 2 weeks or so.

You go to the AMEX site, click on your offers and then click to add them to your card. Then when you use the card at the vendor, if you've met the $ amount of spending, the credit appears on your AMEX account. It's pretty easy.

there are so many, you can register for multiple ones? that is wonderful.

I see this and wonder:

Enrollment is limited. Limit 1 statement credit per American Express Card across all American Express offer channels

I think that means one credit per offer. Not that you can't have multiple offers.

I hope you're right, but "one statement credit" says only one credit per statement to me.

But I like your interpretation better.:)

I can't believe I didn't know this! I could have saved some cash on previous purchases! The only thing that concerns me is how the offers are worded. Sounds like you may or may not qualify and don't really know for sure until the credit appears on your statement in 3 months. Worth a try though.

I used the AMC offer, on November 23rd, and the Best Buy offer on Thanksgiving day. The credit was on my account within 2 days both times.

I've received the BP credit 4 times now, so you shouldn't have to wait 3 months before you see it. Keep in mind, BP is the only one that can be used over and over that I know of.

My Amex is fairly new, so I don't get any of these offers listed on my account page. However, I was able to sync my card on Facebook and Twitter, and a lot of these offers are available that way. So far I have:

Amazon: $25 credit after spending $75
Costco.com: $15 credit after spending $115
BP: $5 credit when you spend $25 (multiple times)
Toys R Us: $5 credit when you spend $25
JCPenney: $10 credit when you spend $50
Kohls: $10 credit when you spend $50

Last year, when I used the Small Business Saturday promo, the credit was on my account the same evening!

that is the one credit I am still waiting on from this weekend.

I haven't gotten my credit from Small Business Saturday, either. In years past, the e-mail came in immediately after the purchase. Anybody else have the same issue this year with Small Business Saturday??

the e-mail was there Saturday night by the time I got home from the restaurant I had used the card at. As of this morning, no credit yet.
