American express $10 Gift Card. Who has gotten them already.

I got something in the mail that was a $10 prepaid credit card. I think this is probably what you are talking about...was it for filling out a small business questionaire? I think I did this through spoofee.com, though. I called AmEx because it it said something about "thank you for updating your small business account..." I got worried that someone had opened an account in my name.

Anyway, this works just like a credit card and it expires 10/05.

I want to say it was in late Jan. I fill out a lot of stuff, and most of the time it doesn't come. I have the paper in front of me and it says "As a simple thank you for updating your American Express Business Card account, here is your gift card." It has to be used by the end of October.

I called the 1-800 and the CS rep said it was a gift card with no strings attached! WIsh I'd had DH sign up, too. Now, do I get $10 in Disney Dollars since my trip is at the beginning of Oct., or just wait 'til I get there??

I also got my razor late last week.

I received by $10 card yesterday.

It said the same thing as gypsydoodlebug's did. I didn't fill out the survey until mid-February sometime.

do they work just like a debit card? Iv'e had a visa prepaid card before and used it just like a gift card or debit card. Used it for the amount it was worth and then paid the balance. I'm assuming that this is how this is. Has anyone used it yet?

Dh got his yesterday...I'm waiting for mine! It wasn't in today's mail either. BTW, neither of us have AmEx in any form, so this was a great surprise! I hope mine comes!

Mine came today. I don't have an Amex (the co. I work for does, which is why I entered this, but I entered using my own name), so I'm hopeful that using this card won't automatically trigger an amex account to be opened in my name. Anyone know for sure?
