Ambit Energy - Grand Incentive vacations?

Does anyone use Ambit Energy and booked a trip using their rewards points? We have had Ambit for years and have built up over 170,000 points. I DESPERATELY need a vacation this year with just dh but our funds are fairly tight this year...1 child graduating high school, 1 child graduating college, and 1 child just got engaged. All great things but Calgon take me away! I was looking at their website yesterday and am nervous of these rewards type things. Would love to hear from anyone that has taken a vacation through Grand Incentives and if the experience was good or bad. Thanks!

Hi! It seems like the Ambit company itself is a good company and has good kilowatt rates but the Grand Incentives part is not what it seems. I googled complaints on Grand Incentives and found several sites full of complaints. If it was me I would google it myself and see if this is something you would want to mess with. Good luck!
