Jessica never made it to school yesterday.

Police have already made the statement that they believe it is a stranger abduction and that Jessica is in danger.

Police have asked to please post in Colorado and the surrounding states, especially facebook:

A Body has been found near crime scene. It has not been confirmed to be Jessica yet though.

News this morning said they are bringing in buses to shuttle the enormous amount of volunteers to her neighborhood.

Hoping today is the day they find her, safe and alive.

What are greenbelts?

Greenbelts are large swaths of open space with walking paths between the backyards of houses. They wind through our entire neighborhood. Ours vary between semi manicured to Wetlands to prairie grasses. The walking paths are concrete sidewalks.

I don't want this to sound neg I hope to god she is alive but while I realize why they are taking extreme measures to find her wouldn't you think whoever has her will be pressured into killing and leaving behind etc? I'm sure they are paying attention to what's happening and know they are searching cars so why would they take that risk? I'm praying to god she's ok but odds aren't looking good. That or she is already out of Colorado

That kept running through my mind tonight. I've been sitting in my safe home in front of the fireplace, and somewhere these poor parents are going out of their minds. It just leaves you with a sick stomach.

That would scare the bejeebies out of me and I would never want to let my children outside alone again. Being that close to something this horrible.

I hope they are able to find her safe and she can be reunited with her family. I can't even begin to imagine the horror they are living through right now. It makes me sick to my stomach to think of this happening.
