Why have I never ventured into Amazon Warehouse deals before?

OMGoodness. I just got a pair of running shoes - exact same model I paid $150 dollars for last spring for $35! Thee came and the only difference is that these don't have a NB box and the shoes are already laced.

I'm off to look for a new purse (the strap on my Frye is breaking. Are mini-backpacks back in? There's a perfectly good LV mini-backpack in my closet. . .), hoping for a similar deal!

:goodvibes I know, isn't it great?! I found them a couple of years ago and got some great deals. Sometimes the regular Amazon product page will tell you to check the warehouse for deals, but not very often. I've found it best to start in the warehouse area, or at least check it before making a final purchase of items in my cart.

Can someone explain it to me. So is everything used? All the shoes I am seeing say used.

I've never looked at clothing but they can be used, open box, or just something returned by someone. I've gotten a few things and had no problems with any of it so far.

If you click on the buy button for an item that looks interesting, it will take you to the "other vendor" or "used" screen. There will be a specific description of your item. For example, mine said "Used - Like New" as the state of the item. The description was something like "Worn once or twice; item is like new. No box."

When they came in it was exactly that - they had been laced up but that was it. Like New.

I just ordered some brand new cat beds for a window seat so I can toss the old one and only got $2.25 off each, but they were also like new, so I can live with that - that's still 7.50 off 3 cat beds.

Ah thanks or the explanation! I didn't click buy so I was missing the full explanation of used. Now off the play on there!

You often see things listed as used if they are baby items because Amazon does free returns on most baby items. We got our stroller $60 cheaper this way. I don't think the box had even been opened as the inner box was still fully intact. I love Amazon Warehouse deals. I also got DS's Kindle HD for under $100 and it still came with a 1 year warranty.

I got some kayak accessories and a stroller through warehouse deals. All brand new, but exterior packaging damaged. I saved $20 off the stroller! And because it's a baby item, I could return it free if I didn't like it. (we do have Prime, which makes returns really easy.)
