Yes, and I called twice and emailed them as well. I just keep getting the "we'll send this to marketing research and see if you qualified and they'll get the code out to you by the 25th of November".....ugghhh, I know I qualified as I made sure each game was sold by Amazon and that each game was in the specified ones. I had to call about the other promotions that I've qualified for as well, including the 5.00 MP3 download ones...etc. It's really a headache.
