Does anyone have this? Right now I am in the free trial and am loving it- but wondering if I want it for the $79 price after the free trial.
opinions? Any perks about it besides the free shipping?

We have had it for a few years and like it a lot. I would say the fee is worth it as we order quite a bit from Amazon. It's really nice at holiday time when you want your items quickly.

Our whole family uses it (4 of us). DS can use our account to order things he needs while at college. Then he can have them shipped directly to him there and they arrive within the 2 days. The other day he ordered a video game and it was delivered less than 24 hours from when he ordered it!

So with Prime I can order something and ship to someone else correct? I'm thinking I picked the right time to try it - as I'll get all the Holiday shipping done for free! I do shop a lot at Amazon. Particularly things like Video games and craft supplies besides books. Thanks

We've had it for several years now and love it. It makes things much simpler! Plus, amazon's prices are often quite competitive.

I had a trial last year around this time and loved being able to get anything, regardless of price, in 2 days for free. I liked it so much that I got the membership for a birthday gift this year.

I am addicted to the convenience. I'll likely renew when the time comes.

Love it, love it, love it! Worth every single stinkin' penny and has been money well-spent.

For instance, DD will need a book for her AP Lit class (sometimes asap, if they provide their own books they get some extra credit). I can get the book here within 2 days and don't have to drive all over trying to find it. Sometimes they even get here a day after ordering.

agnes!

I have had it 2 years. The first year, I definitely used it enough to make it worth it. If nothing else, I stopped adding $10 to every $15 purchase to get up to the $25 for free shipping! I am not sure that I used it enough to make it worth it this year, though with Christmas season starting, that might change. The big difference for me was that we switched to almost exclusively electronic books, and books were a big chunk of my Amazon orders.

We've had it for a couple of years now and we love it too!! :thumbsup2
We do order a lot from Amazon. If you're a frequent Amazon user, it's definitely worth it!! We save so much at Christmas time alone that it pays for the membership!!

Yep. Just make sure you look at your shipping address page to make sure the address is the one you want to ship to!

Now just a word of caution. Not everything you can order on Amazon is eligible for the Prime shipping. If it is offered from another vendor, that vendor may not participate with Prime and then you have to go with their shipping terms.
