Amazon Prime Now?

Ok, just to make sure I'm doing this right. If I order through Amazon Prime Now App, and I'm not ordering any persishables, They will deliver to the resort, and I don't have to be present, they will leave it with bell services, and I can go get it there, or have it sent up to my room. Correct?

Yes, that is how it has always worked for us. They will leave it with bell services- I think they now charge a fee to hold the items (i cant remember the amount)

I use Instacart and time the delivery so that it shows up at the resort before I do. When bell services delivers my luggage and stuff, I get my Instacart items at the same time.

I've used Amazon Prime Now for my last two trips exactly like this and it's been great.

Well, most of what I want isn't on Amazon but what they do have is a better price

The fee is for packages shipped to the resort (so like regular Amazon, not gig service deliveries) and for bell services to bring items up to your room. The latter fee despite being stated policy is not always enforced though.

We just tipped bell services but didn't have a charge for the delivery on our bill or anything. Of course, I use a wheelchair so they may have felt sorry for me and hence not charged it - happens sometimes.

Has anyone used Amazon Fresh instead of Prime now? We shop with Amazon Fresh all the time, and it doesn't seem to be much different than Prime Now... I'm wondering if I can just re-order our usual through Fresh rather than figuring out Prime now?
