Amazon Prime now to Coronado Springs

Hi all
I'm travelling from the UK and want to order a selection of bottled fizzy drinks from amazon prime now to take to the park with me.

I've heard that if the resort is a convention centre there is a fee charged for front desk to hold my order.
Can anyone confirm this is the case? I'm due to stay at Coronado springs.

Any ideas on how to avoid the fee?

Yes Coronado Springs is a convention resort.
Packages are delivered to the Convention Center, not the Front Desk. This is where the fee is charged. There is no way around it if that is where the package is delivered.
I am not sure if Amazon Now is different though, I know that my Garden Grocer order is delivered to Bell Services and therefore not subject to fees.
I am sure someone who knows about Amazon Prime will chime in.
