Amazon Pantry (package delivery) at Universal Resorts?

Someone posted on the Disney Resorts board that they had sent an Amazon Pantry package to their Disney resort. It arrived a few days before they did, but the hotel held onto it for them and gave it to them on arrival. It sounds like a great idea, however we are going to Universal before our Disney visit. Just wondering if the Universal resorts accept package deliveries, and if yes, is there a charge? We'll be staying at HRH, if that makes a difference.

You can pick it up after you check in
You pay a small fee for this service
