Amazon credit for Disney GC?

Can anyone recommend the best way to use a credit on Amazon (from their Visa reward card or from GC) to get Disney GC?

Any pointers much appreciated.

Do you have an amazon payments account? It's similar to Paypal where you can send/ "pay" money to people. I believe that if you have credit on your amazon account you can send that money to someone via amazon payments. Don't send it to yourself...maybe your mom, sister? They have to set up an amazon payments account also. After they receive it in their account they can then deposit it in their checking account. They then give you the cash.
