Amazon - COD-2 pre order and gift card

I pre-ordered the Call of Duty 2 from Amazon. I did it for free shipping so I supposed I won't be getting it anytime soon. But I was wondering about the $20 gift card you were supposed to receive with it. Do I get an e-mail with a code??? Anyone receive theirs yet?

I got an email yesterday letting me know the credit is in my account and will be automatically applied toward a future video game purchase.

Thank you. I got an e-mail saying it finally shipped. No big deal, I don't need it until Christmas. But was hoping to buy Disney's Sing It for DD7 with that coupon.
