Amazing Ursula AA from new ride.

I saw that video earlier and thought that her movement was incredible. Then again I thought the same thing when I saw the Yeti too and I have yet to see him working. But hopefully Ursula will work like she's supposed to! :goodvibes

I saw him working the first time I rode Everest and it was AWESOME. Wish the Cheap ______ would fix it.

Hmm I wonder how long until it is in Bmode or hidden behind a black curtain?

A lot of people were right in that DK forum. The new building for the LM in DL is boring. Not at all what I would imagine seeing the little mermaid in.
I get that it has to match the surrounding structures (another failure on the whole DCA concept) but it looks bad. I hope the one in DW is much better themed. Actually I know it will be from all the concept art so I guess I shouldn't worry.
"Let's take the charm and splendor of a backlot studio building and add a Poseidon statue to the top!"

WDW is getting a better queue and facade but DCA is getting a better and longer ride.

That doesn't even make sense. DW had plenty of room. There is no reason they shouldn't make the ride at least as big as the CA version. Fricken corporate idiots...

TDO doesn't like to spend $$$ unless it's for meet and greets or DVC.

Don't worry even Diney has stated that the ride itself will be the same. The show buildings of course very different.

Though I disagree with you, the DCA version of the show building will be just fine. While the planned and under construction version in MK will be may be better, bigger, more delagated to the theme of the Little Mermaid movie. The DCA version has less room to work with. However the building itsself reminds me a lot of boardwalks of thier golden days. A lot like Luna park at Coney Island. Which is the desired theme of the DCA land in which it's being built. The WDW showbuilding may end up looking more out of place.

The DCA version is suppossed to be over a minute longer.

Why is the track being placed in the same shaped building in MK and DCA?

Is it because the websites you link to, with maps have no actual information and just stick DCA plans into them? No kidding I've seen the buidling layout on links you have provided.

My Bad I web back and looked at the blueprints and you are right. I was confused because I was looking at blueprints for the ride planned in the early 90's. Sorry I have to Lable my files better.

They had plans for this in the 90's?!?!

Ursula looks amazing! I'm getting pretty excited for this along with all the other additions to DCA. I wonder if this ride will remain open during the World of Color showings as I imagine it will be pretty crowded along that passage in DCA when the ride first opens and if there are 2-3 WOC showing per night.
